Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I went to proflowers.com to redeem and there is no delivery date for **********I need to cancel my order because on your website, the delivery date of ********* is available. I have done a lot of business with groupon and would not want this to mess up our relationship. Please do not charge my card.
