Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I attempted * times to go to uncle bucks bowling with my family on the *rd visit I accidentally hit redeem before we arrived to someone then told us we could not use it because we hit redeem on it very frustrated they were no help every time I tried to take my family To uncle bucks it’s a * plus hour wait no reservations are allowed to be made this was my first time using Groupon probably definitely won’t be using it again I would like my full refund thank you
