The ad is misleading. Says once in ** months, not new customers only.
Salon manager couldn’t care if I lost $*** for the unusable Groupon, but Groupon was understanding and gave me a refund after an online chat with a rep.
I have been going to this salon for all my haircuts and coloring every * weeks since I first came there for a Groupon keratin treatment a year ago. I thought they would reward a regular customer the same deal that they offer a newcomer for this once a year special.
It was resolved by Groupon. The salon lost a good customer.

I did an online chat with a Groupon rep and she understood that I needed a refund since the retailer would not honor the Groupon. She said it was for first time only clients and I had been in their salon”too many Times”. The ad did not say first time clients only.
