Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Use my purchased groupon ... I purchased a groupon of Lady Daiva - it said that it could be repurchased every ** days so I bought one for **.**.
