Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a Groupon for use on The Bouqs for delivery to a home address in Massachusetts for a friend on her birthday. After going through the whole process of selecting a bouquet and entering my card info, the app tells me it doesn’t deliver to this address.. weird!! I’m not sure why, it’s not a P.O. box.. it’s a residence. Anyways. I’m done with this website and I need to get back my money spent on his Groupon please.
