Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-acanfiel's own words
We purchased the fun center today. With planning our last day out we was aware that the fun center closed at **:**. We was at the door at *:** after knocking on the door many times I called the number on the tickets. I sit and watched someone answer the phone. I asked her are they opened she said yes they will be closing in ** mins. I then asked why are the doors locked. She then hung up on me and came to the door where I was waiting and I asked her again. If you are opened why are the doors closed she said we only have ** min we better hurry and use everything in our package. My son has been waiting all day for this and is upset that he want be able to attend.
GetHuman-acanfiel did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
