Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I would like to return a pet bed I just recieved. The quality is quite unsatisfactory. It was very uneven and lumpy and my dog had a hard time trying to get in it. I tried to even it out but the filling just lumped to one side. I followed the directions to return but your service to send a return label was not available yesterday . It says oops sorry we must have spilled coffee on our computers and we are off line...or something of that nature. I thought perhaps I can get a return label this way. There are * beds a jumbo and a large I wish to return. Two seperate packages.
