Trade in an excess order of a deal I had purchased ... Both of the deals says that it has been redeemed when I had only used up one of them.
i intended to trade in one of these to get my money’s worth or even get my money back to my card
Either allow me to trade in one of those deals for the amount I paid for another Groupon deal or give me my money back to my card, including any balance I have remaining in my Groupon account
I have an issue with Groupon too
