Placed the order. Realized wrong size ordered. Called customer service line immediately. Explained why I was calling. The male CS rep kept interupting me. I said * times I was not interested in his car service sales pitch I just needed to change the size quickly. He wouuld not put me through. I hung up & sent an email from your site explaining the size issue. Yesterday I received the wrong size t-shirts. I am so disappointed at the service I have received & do not want a replacement. Just a refund.
GetHuman-macro did not yet indicate what Gap.com should do to make this right.
