You're a regular Gap customer because it is a reliable brand. However, after making a purchase from the company's Cyber Monday sale, you have decided to return an item, but are unsure of how to do so.

Fortunately, the Gap Cyber Monday sale returns process is simple and can be carried out in-store or via mail.

To find out how to return an item to Gap from their Cyber Monday sale, read this simple guide.

Ensure Your Purchase is Eligible for Return

Luckily, the Cyber Monday sale returns policy falls under the same policy as regular Gap purchases. However, there are still some restrictions.

All items bought from Gap are liable to a 45-day returns policy. This means, if your item was purchased over 45 days ago, it is not eligible for a return.

Furthermore, due to health and safety protocols, items with hygiene stickers must still have their hygiene sticker in place in order to be eligible for a return. Items with hygiene stickers include underwear, swimwear, and jewelry.

Begin The Mail Returns Process

Once you have confirmed that the item you purchased from the Gap Cyber Monday sale is suitable for a return, you can begin the mail returns process.

To return a product vial mail, you need to find your prepaid shipping label that you received with your order. If your item was purchased online, the prepaid shipping label should be contained in your package with your invoice. Although, if you shopped in-store, or you are unable to find the shipping label, you need to print a new one, which can be done on the Gap website.

Once you have arrived on the Gap website, scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the lower navigation bar. Locate the "Customer Support" menu and click on the "Returns" link. Once you have been transferred to the "Returns" page, select the "Returning Items By Mail" option to release a drop-down menu. From this menu, select the "Interactive Returns Process" hyperlink and enter your email address and order number as instructed to initiate your return.

You should then receive a new prepaid shipping label that you need to print off. Once you have printed the label, package your item and the packing slip securely, and stick the shipping label to the front of your parcel.

You can then take your parcel to your nearest U.S. Postal Service for shipping.

In-Store Returns:

Returning items bought in the Gap Cyber Monday sale in-store is also possible.

First, take the item you wish to return and your invoice or shipping confirmation email to your nearest Gap store. Once you arrive in-store, find a sales assistant and explain that you would like to initiate a return and explain the reason for your return.

The in-store team will then be able to complete the returns process.
