The issue in GetHuman-naaunach's own words
I sent a letter to close my account and have remaining funds returned. I received an e-mail notifying me that the account was closed, but then received a follow-up e-mail saying a new card was being sent. I am confused why I would need a new card when the account was closed? And why do I still have access in the mobile app with a balance of $** in savings, when those funds are supposed to be returned to me?

GetHuman-naaunach did not yet indicate what Bank of America should do to make this right.
