To begin, log in to your Bank of America online banking account. From there, you'll be able to report your card lost or stolen, as well as dispute any charges that have been placed against your account without your permission.

If you know that there has been a fraudulent charge made on your account, follow these simple steps to dispute the charge so that Bank of America can reverse the charge and refund your money.

Step One: Find the fraudulent charges to dispute by clicking your recent transaction history. Scroll through your charges to find any that you don't recognize, and select them.

Step Two: Once you've loaded the unfamiliar charge, you can click the blue "Dispute this transaction" link under the transaction information.
