Go to the Payment Settings page of your online account. Choose Auto-Pay and select Payments. Choose a payment form. The payments section of your account settings will list automatic payments to merchants. Click on the relevant payment and choose Cancel Auto-Pay. In the Reason field, explain your reason for canceling this payment. Then, select Submit.
