use it ... credit card has been cancelled numerous times for $* charges. most online auctions charge this to register then refund it. tired of surprises when i go to use it. embarrassing and inconvenient. try to talk to a person. ha ha. one more time and i'm switching back to my visa.

everything i can think of. phone and wait. phone leave callback. email which just goes to robo phone. no but you could can your multi million robo system and hire some real blood pulsing human beings in customer service. i remember those days. "hello can i help you?" yes. (explain issue.) Certainly. we can do this. Is that ok? Thats just fine. thanks. have a wonderful day. you too. few minutes. problem solved. happy customer. beats the **** out of selection options, wasting hours and no resolution. pissed customer. people are becoming objects. no wonder people dont think twice about killing a **** house full of objects.
