Hello yes My name is Hayven Hilton and I order a phone case off Ail-express and you charged my card of the price but i never received a tracking number or a email conformation of said order. Than when i log into my account it says i did not order it but i know i did. It is on my bank statement . I really want my package please help me do that or get me a refund. I mostly want the package. Email me back. Hayven Hilton.
