AliExpress offers a convenient way to buy things online, but, like any online sales service, sometimes what you get isn’t quite what you were expecting. If that has happened to you, you are probably wondering how to return your purchase to AliExpress. That can vary somewhat. Many of the sellers there use AliExpress’s Free Return service. However, some of them have their own return policies. If your purchase’s seller does use the Free Return service, you have 15 days after the delivery date to return your purchase free of charge. To make this return, follow these instructions:

Locate the purchase you want to return in your order history.

Select "Open Dispute."

Check the “Refund and Return Items” option under the “Your Proposal” header. Select a reason for making the return from the Dispute Reason menu. Enter the amount of money you want refunded in the text field provided. Provide some more details on the reason for your return in the text field at the bottom of the form.

Wait up to two days. The seller will have that long to respond to your request. Once they have, and your return request is verified, you can start the process of working something out with the seller.
