We rented an Airbnb and hidden was a rule that you have to be ***. We are not **, our oldest is **. It did not say this in the actual description which we based our decision to rent off of. It has barely been an hour so we want a full refund instead of the offered "only cleaning fee" refund. We paid *** for this, we do not want to only receive *** back when its barely gone through prossessing. Called owner and unhelpful, bnb robot also unhelpful, need person.
