Are you not getting a confirmation email from AirBnB? If you have multiple emails, make sure you're logged in to the email address registered with AirBnB. You can also change your AirBnB email address by signing in to your account and going to Account then Personal Info. Just click Edit next to Email address and save the new email.

Search Your Email Inbox

If you're getting a lot of emails, it's possible you just failed to see the confirmation email in your inbox. Try to check it first by searching for "Airbnb" or "reservation." If nothing comes up, check your spam folder as it might also be there.

To avoid routing emails to the spam folder, add Airbnb's email address to your address book. The email addresses used by AirBnB include response@airbnb.com, automated@airbnb.com and express@airbnb.com.

If you're using the app while checking the confirmation email, make sure that your email app is actually getting emails. Sometimes, the app doesn't get updates especially when you made a recent password change. Try to send an email to yourself first and log back in if you're not getting any emails. If you've exhausted all possible resolutions and you're still not getting an email from AirBnb, contact Customer Support or your email provider.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for AirBnB Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like AirBnB in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What Do I Do If I Never Received a Confirmation Email from AirBnB? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
