I have been on hold with your customer service line for * hours and nothing. I booked a flight on March **th and tried cancelling on the **th but just missed the ** hour window. I then tried calling your customer service for the past two days to waive the non refundable ticket fee and provide me a FULL refund back onto my ORIGINAL PAYMENT but no one is picking up. I was planning on traveling from New York but with the circumstances will not be able to and do not plan to in the foreseeable future so a credit would render useless to me. My booking number is SBNPQF for reference.
GetHuman4472491 did not yet indicate what Air Canada should do to make this right.
