Get a reply and satisfactory resolve. ... I haven’t received a reply to my complaint from July * and it is over the ** business days promised *case number is: CAS-*******-P*Q*K*
Ignoring my well justified complaints (now two). The only way to “talk” to someone is to send an online submission to which they haven’t responded to it for a month and s half now! I’ve also phoned reservation line and they said they’d pass on complaint to get a return call which still hasn’t happened. Supposedly this happens often because they get so many complaints and with service like this I can see why
I want them to reissue promo code offer and at a higher % or get vouchers for future travel. Wirh each day waiting I’m missing out on good fares to book my Christmas vacation.
Everything. Extensive letter writing and documentation and explanation * x now with this recent complaint about the promo code I got from*My first well justified complaint. Both were caused by poor service and misinformation on their part. This doesn’t happen with westjet
