Is there a restocking fee for returns?

No, Williams-Sonoma does not charge a restocking fee for returns. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returns can be made via mail or at any of our store locations. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories, to qualify for a refund. However, certain items may have specific return requirements, so please check our return policy or contact our customer service for more information. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to make the return process as seamless as possible.
