How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days to return an item purchased from Williams-Sonoma. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you change your mind or aren't happy with the product, simply return it within this timeframe. To ensure a hassle-free return process, please have the original receipt or proof of purchase handy. The item should be in its original condition, unused, and with all accompanying accessories and packaging. You can choose to return the item in-store or by mail. If returning by mail, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
