Yes, you can return a gift you received from Moosejaw. We understand that sometimes gifts may not be the right size, color, or style. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service within 90 days of receiving the gift. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid return label. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the gift receipt or order number. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. However, if you prefer, we can also provide store credit. Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
