Apne Instagram app ko update karein aur apne internet connection ko check karein. Kabhi-kabhi, kuch features certain devices ya account types par unavailable ho sakte hain. Agar yeh sab theek hai fir bhi samasya aa rahi hai, to thodi der baad phir se koshish karein.

If your Instagram account has been permanently disabled, there is no way to recover it. Instagram may disable accounts for various reasons, including violations of community guidelines or terms of service. If you believe your account was disabled by mistake, you can submit an appeal using the instructions provided in the app when you attempt to log in. However, the decision is ultimately at Instagram's discretion.

To get your Instagram account back or unsuspend it, first check your email for any communication from Instagram regarding the suspension. Follow the instructions provided in that email. If you believe the suspension was a mistake, you can appeal the decision by following the steps in the Instagram app or on the website to report your account issue. Be sure to provide any necessary information as requested to verify your identity.

To change the old cell number linked to your Instagram account, go to your profile and tap on 'Settings.' From there, select 'Security,' then 'Two-Factor Authentication' to ensure it's turned off if you’re having trouble. Next, go back and navigate to 'Personal Information.' Here, you can enter your new phone number. If you’re unable to do this, you may need to verify your identity through the recovery options Instagram provides. Make sure you have access to the old number for verification, if required.

Instagram has privacy features that restrict messaging to protect users from unwanted interactions. If you want to message someone you don't follow, they must have their privacy settings adjusted to allow messages from users outside of their followers. Otherwise, you can only message accounts that you follow or who follow you back. This helps create a safer environment for users on the platform.
