One of these options should allow you to get access back. However, if you have not been able to use any of them, you might be able to get help from the company providing your email service. Most of them have an option for what to do if you have lost access to your email account. Contact them to see if they can help you regain email access, which would then give you back your Instagram account access. This should be especially easy if you have another email account linked with the one you cannot access. Many email providers request that you do this.
If you need further help getting access to your Instagram account back then you will need to contact their customer support services. Instagram has a help desk, a live chat option, and a customer support phone number. Contact information for each of these options can be found here.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Instagram in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day.
