Facebook and Instagram are connected through Meta, so you can do cross-posting and manage accounts in one place. You can also share logins, as both platforms are owned by one company, Meta. It means you can use your Facebook login to sign back in to Instagram and vice versa.
If you connected Instagram to Facebook, getting back to Instagram is easy. Just go to Instagram's login page and tap Login through Facebook. If you're already logged in to Facebook on your browser, all you have to do is click the Facebook account that appears on Instagram, and you're signed back in.
