I lost my phone and upon getting a new one, I attempted to log in but was prompted to enter an authentication code. I followed the steps to obtain a backup code, including taking a verification selfie, but have not received any response from Instagram via email. Despite having all the necessary access to my account, I am still unable to open it. I kindly request that you assist me in recovering my account or sending the backup code to my Gmail address. I am still waiting for a solution regarding my Instagram account "@baten_dil_ki_up65" as the issue with Hindi songs persists. Despite my numerous complaints over the last two months, the problem remains unresolved. Only a few English songs are available, and the displayed names do not match the songs. I am frustrated with repeating the same issue without any resolution. Please, address this matter promptly as I have yet to hear from anyone at Instagram regarding this ongoing problem. Thank you.

I am having an issue with multiple unknown individuals logging into my account without permission. I would like to delete and lock my account. The account name is 2takt_elias02 and the password is [redacted]7. Is it possible to have the account blocked and deleted? The unknown individuals are also changing my username, removing my content, and constantly changing my profile picture. Thank you if you can take action on this.

I tried to register on Instagram with my email account, but now I can't access my Instagram because it's asking me to send a confirmation email to the specified email address. I have tried sending it multiple times but I haven't received any emails. I contacted abuse.corp.mail.ru, and they said Instagram is not sending the email. Why am I not receiving the confirmation email from Instagram? I receive confirmation emails from other accounts on different emails, but not this one. I can't reach out to you officially via email. I signed up for Instagram with my email account. Now I can't access my account because it's asking me to send a confirmation email to the provided email address. I send it but never receive any emails. I contacted abuse.corp.mail.ru, and they said Instagram isn't sending the email. What seems to be the issue? Why am I not receiving the confirmation email from Instagram? I receive confirmation emails from other accounts in different emails, but not from this one. I cannot officially reach out to you via email. I'm waiting for your response. Please help resolve this issue.
