How Do I Change My Credit Card Info on Hulu Plus?
Hulu is an American subscription video-on-demand service owned by the Walt Disney Company, NBC Universal, and Comcast. The company was founded in 2007 and currently is only available in the United States.
Hulu offers two types of services: Hulu and Hulu Plus. Hulu is a free model that only offers computer access and shows tv shows and movies. Hulu Plus is a paid-model that has iOS, Android, Windows, consoles, computers, and smart TV compatibility. The paid model also offers access to the five last episodes of a show and past seasons and an option for a "Showtime" add-on. Both models have commercials but customers can choose to pay extra for a "Hulu Plus No Commercials" subscription.
If you currently have a Hulu Plus account and need to change your credit card information, follow the steps as outlined below:
Change Hulu Plus Account Credit Card Online
In the top right corner, select 'Log In.'
Sign in to your account with your email address and password.
Go to your account page.
Click on 'Payment Information.'
Next to 'Payment Method,' select 'Update Payment.'

Choose your payment method between:
Credit card
Debit card
PayPal
Venmo (Note Venmo and PayPal will direct you to a new page to finish the process, after which you will be redirected back to Hulu Plus.)
Next, enter your payment information.
Select 'Save Changes.'
You will receive a confirmation email that your changes have been made and saved.
Contact Hulu Customer Support
If you're having difficulties with the above process, you can call into Hulu's customer support line. You will need to provide some account and personal details to confirm your identity as the account holder. The customer service representative will walk you through some troubleshooting steps so you can make the change online yourself or will do it on your behalf. Either way, keep the customer service agent on the phone until the changes are complete, you have received the confirmation email, and have reviewed it to be correct.
