If you lose your Citi card, there are several different options you can use to get a replacement. You can reorder your card by accessing your online account, reorder through the Citi Mobile App, or call customer service. There's no fee to replace your Citi card. Once ordered, your card arrives in 4-6 business days. However, if your card is close to expiration, Citibank will reissue a new card without being prompted. If you haven't received a replacement card by your card's current expiration date, reach out to customer service to manually order your replacement card.
If you don't want to reach out to a customer service representative to order your replacement card, you can re-order your card online. You can get a replacement card by visiting your online account. Start by logging into your Citibank account:
You can also use your Citibank mobile app to order your replacement. The steps to reorder your card using the mobile app are similar to the steps used to reorder through your online account. Simply log in using your mobile app. Next, follow the prompts:
If you are unable to, or simply don't want to replace your Citi card online, you can always call customer service. A customer service representative will ask for identifying information to access your account. You will be required to follow specific prompts to reorder your Citi card. You can also request a replacement Citi card via mail, and Citibank live chat.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
