With its origin starting in 1939, Choice Hotels evolved into one of the largest global hotel chains that offers economy and higher end packages for its patrons. If you've stayed at one of its properties, you know how easy it is to book online or through the official app. Regardless of a hotel's popularity, some billing discrepancies may still occur. If you've experienced a billing issue, read on to learn more about resolving it so you can better concentrate on your vacation itinerary.
A review of the support pages couldn't verify if billing issues had to be resolved with the hotel where you stayed, but it's a good idea to check with the respective hotel first. Visit the guest services desk for help if you haven't checked out yet, any transactions would be pending and are easier to correct. Additionally, the associates would be able to answer any questions about your bill and provide you with a corrected copy of your bill.
Of course, don't worry if you have already left the hotel. You could call the hotel directly or use the online contact form. Find the form by clicking on the Help link located near the top right. You should see a brief paragraph near the top of your screen with a Contact Form button beneath it.
Select Billing Issues from the drop-down menu and provide your contact information. Details about your reservation are also required such as your confirmation number, check in and out dates and your message about the billing issue or refund request.
You can also send a request by mail but keep in mind the processing time is 6-8 weeks and you'll need to include your name and address on all correspondence.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
