Additionally, the associates would be able to answer any questions about your bill and provide you with a corrected copy of your bill.

Select Billing Issues from the drop-down menu and provide your contact information. Details about your reservation are also required such as your confirmation number, check in and out dates and your message about the billing issue or refund request.
You can also send a request by mail but keep in mind the processing time is 6-8 weeks and you'll need to include your name and address on all correspondence.
