- Log into your rewards account or tap "Continue as Guest."
- Select "Stays" at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Find a Stay" and enter the confirmation number and your last name, or select the stay from the list of upcoming stays.
- Hit "Cancel Reservation" on the screen.
- Check your email for confirmation that the reservation has been canceled.
Telephone Cancellation Methods
The third way to cancel your upcoming Choice Hotels stay is via telephone by calling customer service or calling the hotel you would be staying at directly. Provide the confirmation number and your name to the agent on the phone, and tell that person you wish to cancel your stay.
