I purchased small cans of cat food from Walmart a month ago. A seller named Wishbone from California sold me 12 cans for $24.99 each, which I thought was a whole case of 24 cans. I bought both chicken and turkey flavors, totaling $52.48, with an additional $24.99 for shipping. Walmart deducted a total of $77.47 from my checking account. I returned the cat food to Walmart the next day and contacted their Customer Service four times in a month. Initially, I received a $24.99 refund on shipping from Walmart. The online seller, however, only refunded me $26.24, not the full $52.48. It has been a month, and I’m yet to receive the remaining $26.24. The pricing was unreasonable at $77.47 for 24 cans of 3 oz cat food. I believe swift refunds are essential for seller accountability on Walmart's platform. Walmart has refunded part of my money, but the seller must refund the rest promptly.

I am experiencing issues with my cell phone carrier. I had a defective device that I had been complaining about for 3 to 5 months. I was informed that my security was compromised, my SIM card was locked, and my device was in Chinese without the option to change it to English. I returned the faulty device on the 14th of this month, as instructed, but I am still waiting for the replacement. According to Straight Talk's policy, I should have received the new device within 3 to 5 business days. I have a tracking number provided by Straight Talk, but when I check it on ups.com, there are no details available. I would appreciate some assistance with this matter. Thank you.

We engaged Fox Pest Control's services through a door-to-door encounter. After agreeing to their program, we provided our credit card # for the initial $[redacted].00 charge. They treated our front and back lawns that day and were to continue monthly at $60.00, debited from our card.

Upon Roger confronting them on 6/24/22 about the missed services despite payments, the staff denied it until he insisted. Roger requested to speak to the boss, but the staff claimed the boss was unavailable due to a meeting, promising to convey the message. However, there has been no follow-up from the boss despite Roger's repeated attempts to address the issue.

I previously submitted a complaint with reference number [redacted]8. New Age Relocation, a moving company I contacted, pressured me to sign a contract quickly without allowing me time to review it properly. Upon inspection, I noticed the contract had a different name and terms than what we discussed. I promptly emailed them to cancel my signature. Despite my efforts, New Age Relocation insisted on moving my furniture, but I declined due to the fraudulent nature of the contract.
To my shock, New Age Relocation later used a false electronic check under the name Angela Keng (not me) to withdraw $[redacted].13 from my account, leaving it in the negative. This situation has caused issues with my bill payments and additional fees on my credit cards. Despite my attempts to retrieve the funds, the company's staff have been uncooperative and rude. I have involved my bank and am considering legal action if the matter remains unresolved.

Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding the lack of heat in a cab of Action Taxi here in Sioux City, Iowa. My friend, who is a driver for the company, picked me up earlier, and there was no heat coming out of the vents in the car. It was only blowing cold air, which is not suitable given the current cold weather. Considering there are three to four other drivers available, she could possibly finish her shift now. I can confirm this issue personally as I was present in the cab as a passenger earlier.

Our home heating depends on the propane tank located behind our house. After being loyal Amerigas customers for 14 years, we reached out to them two weeks ago to order a propane delivery. Despite multiple assurances of a prompt delivery, our tank remains empty, and we have not received any communication regarding the delay. This lack of action puts us at risk of running out of propane. Our concerns have been relayed to Amerigas, but unfortunately, no steps have been taken to address the situation. Communication with the company seems restricted to a call center in Ohio, where agents have been unable to assist us with our service requests.

My brother, Danny, recently completed a 90-day program at Sobriety Solutions in Glassboro, NJ, which had affiliated housing. I hope you're having a great morning and getting ready for Christmas. I came across an advertisement for a Car Camera with a buy-one-get-one-free offer. However, I received the camera without the memory card slot and accessories needed for it to function properly. I reached out to the company, Aberleys Supply, at their address Telebrands Returns, regarding this issue. They initially offered an exchange for something else, but I just need the camera to work with a memory card.
The company mentioned a special price of $19.99 for the memory card, which would later go back to its original price of $49.99. After some email correspondence, they hinted at a possible refund, but I haven't received an update from (Cris) since then. I am a customer of Internet services, and my unreliable service was provided by HughesNet. They required me to purchase a satellite dish, a router, and other equipment. HughesNet was supposed to install the satellite dish in the ground last year in [redacted]. However, my reception was inadequate, and most of the time, it was not available at all. Despite calling HughesNet several times and scheduling appointments to fix the problems, they canceled my appointments twice. They also claimed I had overused my Internet access, which I found confusing as I couldn't even use the service due to poor reception for three months. Additionally, my bank contacted me about possible fraudulent activity on my debit card used only with HughesNet services. Following my bank's advice, I canceled the debit card. I have been a DoorDash driver for three years. Recently, I have encountered various issues with the company. They have been taking money from me, canceling orders, and providing false information. I have evidence of my calls and navigation records to support my claims. Out of the 20 people I dealt with, only a few have been helpful. Today, I ran into a situation where I drove 14 miles to deliver an order from Wingstop, only to have the order canceled due to a system error. Even though another driver in the same situation received partial payment, I did not. DoorDash keeps denying me the compensation I deserve for their mistakes.
