Yesterday, I took my car to Danny's Auto Body in Federalsburg, Maryland, for an inspection to get it tagged in Maryland. They completed the inspection on May 11, [redacted], and informed me that all four brakes and rotors needed replacement. I scheduled an appointment for next Monday at 8:00 a.m. Upon discovering cheaper parts this morning, I contacted them to let them know I would bring in my own parts. However, they insisted I couldn't do that and would still be charged the original quote of $[redacted].40 because they would have to do the work of removing the parts for inspection. Despite explaining my financial situation as a retiree raising my great-grandson, they were unsympathetic, stating that everyone is on a fixed income. I feel this is unfair and may constitute racketeering.

I am writing regarding complaint #[redacted]2 regarding Tracfone. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with them sending a replacement phone as promised weeks ago. Despite multiple calls and assurances of receiving a tracking number in 3 to 5 days, I have not received any updates. This unresolved situation has left me without a phone for an extended period with no guarantee of receiving the replacement.
Thank you,
D. Maxwell

I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with my Amazon Prime Video account that was linked to my Chime account. Someone gained unauthorized access to my phone and took my entire May paycheck. The individual claimed to be "Sharon Sowa," whom I do not recognize or have any connection with. It is concerning that someone would willingly transfer their entire funds to a stranger. This is my second attempt to resolve this matter and retrieve my money. Despite contacting Chime immediately to stop the transaction, they have once again denied my request. I urgently require Chime to refund the money that was taken from my account.

I am Felicia Haywood. I am concerned about the mismanagement of my funds by Robyn Dudley at Bread for The City. She, as my payee, has opened various accounts that do not align with my financial needs. Additionally, she has allowed FPS Services to become involved as a payee for my social security disability funds. This situation is unfair to me as a 56-year-old. I am requesting to become the payee for my SSI and SSDI accounts. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. I kindly ask for a call by noon tomorrow, or I will be forced to take further actions.

In March, I found an unauthorized charge on my Master Charge Credit card from Ulta Cosmetics. After Master Card investigated and resolved the issue, I requested to cancel the card. Despite this, they issued me a new card which I did not activate. The next month, I encountered a similar unauthorized charge, prompting me to cancel the second card. I am now receiving calls from Comity Bank regarding a Master Card I do not possess. This situation appears to involve fraudulent activity, and I seek assistance in resolving it.

I am a product creator at IMVU, a virtual company where members create virtual products. I have been with IMVU for 17 years and developing under my account Vana for about 13-14 years. Recently, IMVU sent an email that as of July 1, [redacted], creators need Platinum or Diamond VIP to receive cash payouts. Legacy creators under the previous VIP system are exempt. Platinum VIP costs $10 monthly or $[redacted] yearly, and Diamond VIP costs $20 monthly. I currently make less than $1 a day and cannot afford VIP. Many creators are upset and feel ignored by IMVU, questioning the legality of this requirement. IMVU already takes a cut of our sales and restricts us from selling credits outside the platform. The community is frustrated, and despite some accommodations for multiple accounts, no further clarifications have been provided. We seek assistance with this change.

I submitted two claims to American Water Resources for plumbing and electrical repairs on March 1, [redacted]. I filled out all the required forms and provided invoices and direct deposit details. Despite multiple attempts to follow up via live chat with Laura on April 18th, Ana on April 23rd, and Maria on May 9th, as well as direct phone calls that promised a response but failed to deliver, my claims remain unresolved. Although Maria assured me on May 9th that the claims were being processed, I received an email on May 13th requesting more documentation, which I promptly provided on May 19th. Despite a subsequent follow-up on May 24th and another email asking for more information, I am still waiting for a resolution. During a call on June 9th, I was informed of additional required information, even though I had not received the document outlining these details. The lack of communication and delays have caused me significant frustration, as the costs for the repairs far exceed the reimbursement limits. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

For the past 8-10 years, my family has leased a solar system from Sun Run Solar Company. I have always paid my monthly lease on time. However, since March, the system has been giving us trouble. It stopped working on 3-15-[redacted], was fixed on 5-4-[redacted], and then broke down again on 5-23-[redacted]. Sun Run finally came to shut down the unit on 6-6-[redacted], after numerous calls. I am concerned because all my kilowatt credits were used up during these downtimes, leading to a high electric bill this month. Unfortunately, with my changed income situation due to the passing of my husband in April, I am struggling to afford both the electric bill and the lease payment. Whenever I call Sun Run for updates, they give me excuses and promise reimbursement, but I have yet to see any compensation from a previous system failure. My lease is set to end in September, and I am unsure about what will happen next. I expected better service from the nation's supposed largest solar company.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the streaming service SLING. I had requested an all-sports programming schedule, but when my husband tried to watch a baseball game, it was blacked out without prior notice. I found the lack of communication frustrating, as it took about 30 minutes for customer service to clarify the issue. Additionally, the internet connection for streaming did not work, so I canceled the service within two days of subscribing. Despite this, I continued to be charged for a service I could not use. I believe I am entitled to a refund for the inconvenience. Customers should be informed better before purchasing. It is unfair for a company to profit off individuals on fixed incomes. I hope this matter receives proper attention, and the company faces consequences for their poor treatment of customers. Thank you.

I had a legal dispute with Barbra Honda over a car I purchased, which had its engine fail twice within the first year. I borrowed $[redacted] to fix the car and sued to recover that amount. The dealer agreed to repay me, but my lawyer took 50% instead of the agreed-upon 33%. The lawyer claimed the dealer paid them $[redacted] and me $[redacted], which seemed odd. The lawyer took an extra $[redacted], which should have been mine. They assured me I didn't owe them anything and that $[redacted] would be sent to me within 30 days. I reluctantly signed a DocuSign document because I needed to repay those who lent me $[redacted]. The lawyer involved is Robert L. Starr from Calabasas, CA. My contact at the firm was Jessica, although I only spoke to lawyer Robert Starr twice during the entire lawsuit process.

I was with a friend and we were both unjustly treated from the start. I don't understand why the sheriff decided to run our IDs. We were wearing our work uniforms, clearly showing where we were supposed to be. Despite providing all the necessary information, we felt disrespected and unfairly targeted, especially as women. Their body language and actions made us uncomfortable enough to start recording the incident. After checking our IDs for warrants, they escorted us off the premises, forbidding us from returning under threat of arrest. Their unprofessionalism and rudeness towards us and other workers made me question their competency for such a role. I reached out to them about the issue, but have yet to receive a response. The whole experience has left me feeling disgusted and unwilling to attend the fair again this year. If not for already spending a significant amount on my children's tickets for the week, I would not allow them to attend either.

I recently had a garage built by Sahi Contracting in Calgary. Unfortunately, the concrete has deteriorated to the point where gravel stones are showing through. Despite reaching out to Sahi Contracting multiple times, I have only received one response from them. They briefly looked at the issue promising to get back to me, but it has been nearly two months since that interaction with no follow-up.
I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism, integrity, and communication from Sahi Contracting. The contract I signed clearly states that they guarantee their workmanship, which is not being upheld in this situation. I simply want them to rectify the concrete to the standard it should be at.

On September 2nd, FedEx mistakenly delivered my package to the wrong address without providing any details. The porch where they left it had red wood planks, unlike my porch, which has green grass. When I contacted FedEx, they suggested Serovital should deal with the issue. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had problems with FedEx. On April 5th, I witnessed a FedEx employee scolding my neighbor's dog with my package, and on June 4th, another neighbor had to retrieve my package that was carelessly thrown in the grass. After contacting a non-emergency police line, they advised me to reach out to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for assistance, as filing a police report wasn't an option. The BBB recommended filing a small claims lawsuit instead of a complaint, noting the cost of filing ($30-$75) and the value of my package ($87.81). I feel like this is more than just package mishandling; it seems like a case of potential property theft or owed compensation.

I'm seeking a refund from Google for the following reasons. In August, I tried to sign up for a streaming service to watch the upcoming National Football League season, particularly the Pittsburgh Steelers. I was a previous YouTube TV user, but encountered issues using my preferred email. After encountering problems, I opted for Hulu instead. Yet, I noticed YouTube TV deducted money from my account despite switching to Hulu. My attempts to address this with Google were fruitless, leading me to turn to the BBB for assistance. As a senior on a fixed income, the $84 taken is significant. I urge Google to refund the amount promptly. Screenshots corroborate the unauthorized charge, and my Hulu subscription reinforces my lack of need for YouTube TV.

My daughter is working at a business that pays her under the table, leaving her without a paper trail for taxes or unemployment. This concerns me as she's only 18 and working long shifts. The manager even visits my home frequently, intruding on our personal lives. The business is Triple Fish House owned by Allison. I need advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you.

I have tried six times to schedule an appointment but haven't received any calls back. Despite visiting the location six times, I have been unable to get the service I need. My complaints to corporate have been disregarded. I initially signed up for a month-to-month membership, but now they claim it's an annual contract. I was never informed of this change. Since I'm not receiving adequate service, I want to cancel my membership, but they are insisting I wait a year before doing so.
