For Verizon Wireless, a payment arrangement is an agreement between the customer and the company to pay a bill at a later date. If you have an upcoming bill due that you cannot pay, you can set up a payment arrangement with Verizon to pay the bill at a later date.


Changing a Payment Arrangement Online

  1. Go to https://www.verizon.com/home/
  2. On the top menu bar, select ‘Wireless.'
  3. In the top right corner, click on ‘Sign In.'
  4. Log in to your account with your mobile number or User ID, and password.
  5. From the top menu, click ‘Pay Bill.'
  6. Select ‘Payment Options.'
  7. Under ‘Recent activites,' select ‘Manage payment arrangement.'

  3. On the upper left side of the screen, click on ‘Menu.'
  4. Select ‘Bill.'
  5. Click ‘Manage payment arrangement.'
  6. Select ‘Edit' to make your necessary changes.
  7. You'll receive an email or text confirming the changes made to your payment arrangement.



Canceling a Payment Arrangement Online

Note that canceling your payment arrangement can impact your potential to make another payment arrangement down the road. You are only able to cancel the payment arrangement up to 24 hours before the due date.
