If you purchased something at Old Navy and it didn't look the way you'd hoped once you got it home, or it was damaged, you most likely want to return it and get a refund. Old Navy's Return Policy

Per Old Navy's return policy, you must make the return within 45 days of the purchase to qualify for a refund. The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition as well, unless it came to you damaged. Final sale items cannot be returned for any reason. Items purchased in a store must be returned to a store. Items purchased online can either be returned by mail or by bringing them to a store, unless they are marked "Mail Only."

Making the Return by Mail

To return your Old Navy purchase by mail, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Old Navy returns page.
  2. Enter your order number in the upper text field.
  3. Enter your email in the lower text field.
  4. Click on the Next button.
  5. Follow any further instructions you are given.
  6. Print out the return label you are sent.
  7. Package up the item you want to return, using the original packaging, if possible.
  8. Attach the return label to the package.
  9. Make sure no other tracking labels are visible.
  10. Ship the package.

Old Navy will send you a confirmation email once it receives your return. You will receive your refund within 10 business days after that. It will be made to the same form of payment you used to make the purchase.

Making the Return to a Store

To return the purchase to a store, pack it up in the original package and take it to an Old Navy store. Bring the credit card that you used and to make the purchase with you. Bring it to a sales assistant along with your receipt and tell them that you want to return it.
