How Do I Check the Balance on My Old Navy Gift Card?
You will need the 16-digit Old Navy gift card number and 4-digit PIN to check the balance on the gift card. To check the balance, go to the Check your Balance page on Your Account and enter both numbers. You can also find the check your balance link in the checkout section.
Old Navy gift cards don't expire and no fees are associated with them. You can redeem them online or in physical stores. If the balance on the gift card doesn't cover the entire purchase, you can reload the card in stores with any dollar amount.
