  1. Open Old Navy's website in your browser or app on your mobile device.
  2. Log into your account to qualify for free shipping.
  3. Add items to your online shopping cart, then click the shopping bag at the upper right-hand corner of your screen or the shopping bag on your mobile device.
  4. Select "Checkout."
  5. If you do not have an account, you can continue as guest at this step; however, as stated earlier only those with an account qualify for free shipping. Enter your email address to continue as guest.
  6. Set shipping address and method.
  7. Under "Payment Method" click "Add Gift Card."
  8. Enter the card's 16-digit number and PIN.
  9. Click "Redeem."
  10. Select "Place Order" to complete purchase. Purchase total will be deducted from your gift card amount.

In-Store Purchases

Old Navy gift cards can also be used in brick-and-mortar store locations by following the steps listed below.

  1. Travel to your nearest Old Navy store.
  2. Select the items you want to purchase and proceed to the nearest customer service desk or cash register.
