Yes, Old Navy offers price adjustments on previous purchases. If you find that an item you recently purchased goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase, you can request a price adjustment. Simply bring your original receipt to any Old Navy store or contact their customer service team with your order information if you made the purchase online. Old Navy will refund the difference between the original price and the sale price, either by issuing a refund to your original form of payment or providing store credit. Please note that price adjustments do not apply to clearance items or items that were purchased with a promotional discount code.
