Until recently, you were a Boost Mobile customer. However, you have recently canceled your mobile contract and would like to return your equipment.

You were a Boost Mobile customer because the company offers good mobile deals. However, you have now canceled your contract and need to return your equipment, but you are unsure of how to go about this. Luckily, returning Boost Mobile equipment is uncomplicated and can be done easily via post.

To find out how to apply for a Boost Mobile return authorization number and where to ship your returns to, follow this guide.

Return Requirements:

If you want to return your Boost Mobile equipment, you must first consider whether your device is viable for return. Boost will only accept devices that are in 'like new' condition. Therefore, if your device has cracks, scratches, liquid damage, or any other form of damage, it is unlikely it will be accepted as a return.

You must also return your device in its original packaging, and with all of the additional components that arrived with it. Additional components may include:

  • Charger
  • SIM Card
  • Handset
  • Battery
  • Manuel and activation guides

Apply for an Authorization Number:

Once you have established that your device is valid for return, you will need to apply for and receive an authorization number before you can return your device. To get a returns authorization number, you should call the free Boost Mobile returns contact number.

The returns contact information can be found on the Boost Mobile website. Once you have found the homepage, scroll to the bottom of the page, and locate the 'Support' menu. From the 'Support' menu, select the 'Support Home' hyperlink. Then, click on the 'Contact Us' tab from the navigation bar on the lefthand side of the Support homepage.

You can use the phone number on the 'Contact Us' page to call the returns team. Alternatively, you can visit the GetHuman website.

Ship Your Equipment:

After arranging an authorization number to be referenced to your phone, you will be able to send your Boost Mobile back for return.

Write your device's authorization number on the original packing slip, and on every side of the returns box. Then, send your return to this address:

Ingram Micro Inc / Boost Mobile
1451 AllPoints Court
Suite 2
Plainfield, IN 46168

It is recommended that you use a shipping service that provides a tracking system so that you can ensure your delivery arrives safe.

Conditions:

It may also be important to consider the additional conditions for returning a Boost Mobile device.

Firstly, if your device doesn't comply with the aforementioned return requirements, it may be sent back to you at your expense.

Additionally, Boost Mobile will not accept returns that arrive 'postage due.'

If This Doesn't Work:

If you have followed each of these steps, but you are still unsure of how to return your Boost Mobile device, you need to contact the customer service team.

You can find the Boost Mobile customer service contact details on the company site or the GetHuman website.
