I have had lots of transactions taken from my account that i myself have not authorised. The onky thibg ive ever authorised is Xbox live. *I dont understand how my bank car can be used when my child is not online. *Due to the ammount of money being taken from my account my son is no longer allowed to play on tbe Xbox . *I would like to request a full refund on anything that has been taken other than Xbox live as i dont believe my * year old son is old enough to make these purchases.**I look forward to your reply. *.many thanks **Miss S Beattie
