Introduction

You can request a refund for Xbox games purchased within 14 days. In some cases, you may be able to get a refund within 30 days if you're unsatisfied with the warranty, but only if you didn't retain or make any copies. Single-use items such as in-game currency or consumables will only be eligible for a refund if the product isn't used or redeemed. Once the refund is approved, you won't be able to access the digital product. Below are the steps to getting a refund from Xbox. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact Customer Support.
