To log back into the PlayStation account without access to the email or password, you can try using the account recovery options on the PlayStation sign-in page. Whenever you sign up for a PlayStation account, you agree to adhere to their Terms of Service and Community Conduct. If you breach any of the rules, your account will be either temporarily or permanently banned. You cannot reverse a permanent ban from the PlayStation network. You can be unbanned if you owe a balance or were banned for an inappropriate ID.

To disconnect your PlayStation controller from your iPad, you can go into the Bluetooth settings on your iPad, find the controller, and select "Forget" or "Disconnect." Once this is done, the controller should revert to pairing with your PlayStation. To reconnect to your PlayStation, press the PS button on the controller until the light bar turns on. If it doesn’t connect automatically, use a USB cable to connect the controller to your PlayStation, then press the PS button again. This should allow the controller to work with your PlayStation again.

If you're encountering a message that instructs you to ask your family manager for help, it means your account is part of a family management system. The family manager has control over certain settings, including sign-in restrictions. You will need to contact the family manager to adjust the restrictions or provide assistance with the sign-in process. Ensure you communicate directly with the family manager to resolve this issue.
