my xbox one s console was working great . i tuned on the console to watch netflix and i could not access it i tried tried another app. same thing a message appeared on the screen telling me I needed to update the xbox soft if i wanted to go on line. I let the system update it self. now my xbox will not work . goes directly to the microsoft store and that's all you can do. you can't navigate the store and the controller cannot control control any thing. you cannot play a blue ray, a game ,or a app my xbox is broken after approx ** hours use on it . this is very sad support is very hard to speak to some one been trying for * days
