Hi there,*I have been billed on the ********* for a ** month Xbox live subscription for **** however that membership is not working when I log in to Xbox. Furthermore, I have also been billed for a * month subscription on ********. Why have I been charged for * gold memberships and only the * month subscription is present not my ** month subscription? Can I please be refunded for my ** month subscription seeing as it is not working!
