The issue in GetHuman-aricban's own words
I bought an Xbox One Design Lab controller back in December, and after about a month of both Bumpers are nearly broken, the A button doesn't work half the time, and the B button sticks when I press it. I was told to send it in for repair, but I don't want to do a repair. This was a $** controller with obvious manufacturers defects, and I'd like a replacement for a product I paid good money for. Having to wait *-* weeks for a repair for issues that shouldn't have been present is unacceptable.
GetHuman-aricban did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
