When that didn’t work he tried another $* purchasethat didn’t work either so he finally tried the gold for $*.** and it still didn’t work. Then when your system came back online it charged us for all *. What I need to do is cancel the $*.** charge and one of the $* charges and get the money refunded we just want to keep the Xbox live gold for * month for $*. Thank you
