When I got Xbox live gold a couple months ago, I put off auto-renewing so that my dad can pay each time instead of having it auto pay and I also removed my dad's card. But I got an email like * weeks ago saying that my payment was unsuccessful... so I checked it out. It showed that my payment was not sent while I removed the card and auto billing months ago. I don't know how this happened but I am very mad because I can't put off auto paying now because it says that I have to pay. while I removed my dad's card a long time ago. If possible I would like you guys to remove the auto billing, and if possible refund the last * months of payment that I never used! Hopefully, though you guys can please remove my dad's card and auto billing! Thanks
