Help with my Xbox issue

Get a new one sent to me. ... I need a new Xbox sent to me as my current on is defective. The console shuts off after ** mins of being on, no matter what I'm doing on it. I've done all the trouble shooting with Xbox support and nothing has worked. It's under warranty, it was a gift, and I just wanna use it like it should be. I haven't used it in months because I get frustrated with it after a while.
It's not a power supply, overheating, or connection issue.
I'd like to get a new Xbox one sent to me, as it's still under warranty.
Every troubleshooting steps brought to me via Xbox one support. None have worked.

Went on Xbox website, clicked the chat, and then hit call. Lady called me and got the order for service and repair sent in. Received my shipping label, going to send it out this week. She said it'll either be sent to me repaired, or I'll get a new one sent to me if they can't
