I had an original account with XBox Live coming out monthly of XXXX and then we had to reset*restore the XBOX due to some technical issues. Once that happened we set up a new account and set up XBOX Live again. We have since cancelled the second account but the original account is still taking $**.** out every month. I do not know the original account and have tried logging in under my microsoft account and the only purchase history I can see is an Office *** Subscription. HOW CAN I FIND*CANCEL THE ORIGINAL XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT AS IT IS NOT BEING USED? I WILL CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD IF I HAVE TO - WHO CAN I SPEAK TO? I CAN PROVIDE MY DETAILS, CARD DETAILS ETC BUT NEED IT CANCELLED...
