Since last feb I have been billed **.**?**.** **.** . Since then I had at least *** in charges that weren’t consent by my kids. Several months they haven’t been using it since it has been taken away from them. Yes my son asked if he can purchase it but we weren’t aware we were be billed every month continuously. I’m requesting a refund and need any more prior purchased not to be billed to my credit card. Thank you for your time and understanding.
