I've been on hold for the human call back for over an hour & it just hung up on me! I'm getting a little frustrated because I did this over a week ago & no one ever called me back. I was charged twice in October for my son's Xbox Live. It usually comes out of my checking account every *th. In October, I was charged the normal $*.** on the **th & then again the very next day for same amount. My name is Natalie Cunningham & the last* digits of my bank card is ****. I bank with Bank of America. I suggest you just let November be free. Or put the money back into my bank account. Sounds easier to just let November to be free. Thanks. Patiently waiting for a human to call me asap
